Regular reviews and reporting mean you know what's being looked after, what needs attention and where improvements can be made.
3 - Act
Sometimes something needs more attention — a serious incident, recurring issue, new system or a larger project.
When that happens, we'll discuss what needs doing and agree any additional support and costs with you before we start.
