I'm Paul Houlihan, founder of Paul Houlihan Workplace Solutions Ltd.
With 24 years in the airline industry and a further four years in events and production, I've spent my career managing operations, developing teams and working in environments where safety, communication and effective leadership really matter.
I established PHWS to bring that experience to businesses through practical training, people development and ongoing workplace support.
